What Our Clients Say

Don’t just take our word for it—see what our clients have to say about working with us.

Mr. Brandon Fitz of Crawford and Boyle Law Firm is the main reason why I encouraged my granddaughter to go with this firm. He’s very knowledgeable and personable. He listened to what you had to say and responded accordingly. He always returned my calls answered my emails and text messages. He answered every question I had and made me feel assured. I would use him again if the need arose. I highly recommend Mr. Fitz. The staff were always pleasant as well.

David was fast, kept me well informed, and was on time at my court date. I will be using him again if I ever need a lawyer, and I have recommended him to a few people already.

David kept me informed throughout the whole process. He was very helpful in getting me the lowest fines and punishment for my crime. I am thankful one of my customers introduced me to him. He even helped get me out of a sticky situation, after my original conviction.

About

Lindsey’s approach to the practice of law is grounded in a simple belief: every client deserves to be heard, respected, and represented with care. She understands that finding yourself involved in a legal matter can be overwhelming and, at times, deeply personal. Lindsey takes the time to listen to her clients, understand what matters most to them, and guide them through the legal process with clarity and confidence.

Attorney Lindsey Roberts is a 2023 graduate of Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. During law school, she received CALI Awards for Excellence in Legal Writing and Law and Religion. She served as Vice President of the school’s chapter of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers, a Staff Editor for the Law Journal, a Peer Mentor, a Peer Victim’s Advocate, and a member of the Moot Court Advocacy Board. She interned with Banks Stubbs & McFarland and the Malone Law Firm. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies and graduated cum laude from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

Lindsey’s career has been solely devoted to the area of Criminal Law. Before joining Crawford & Boyle, Lindsey gained valuable courtroom and legal experience through her work in Hall County as an Assistant Solicitor and later as an Assistant District Attorney. Her experience on the prosecution side of the justice system provides her with an important perspective when advocating for her clients. She understands how prosecutors evaluate cases, the challenges clients may face throughout the criminal justice process, and the importance of thorough preparation and strategic advocacy. While in Hall County, she served on the Board of Directors for the Children’s Center for Hope and Healing, acted as the prosecutor for HELP Court, and served on the Domestic Violence Task Force.

Lindsey is a classically trained singer, and prior to law school she enjoyed a career in musical theatre. She lives in Forsyth County, where she enjoys spending time with friends, traveling, singing, and binge-watching Bridgerton and Outlander. She has three little dogs, the star of the pack being a three-pound Yorkie who loves shopping.
