I live in Florida and was in Athens to see a concert. After the show on the way back to the hotel, I blew a tire. Due to the area that it happened in, I decided it would be safer to just ride out the last 3-4 minutes on a bad tire than to get out and change it in the middle of the night. Lights flashed, I was pulled over and given all of the sobriety tests, refused to blow, and was taken to jail for a DUI.

Once I got out and got home, I was extremely worried about finding the right lawyer to deal with this somewhat odd case… Boy did I get lucky. Eric and his team handled it ridiculously well with minimal effort from me in FL. I did not even have to appear back in GA until my final hearing. The end result could not have been any better either, Eric somehow convinced them to drop it to a reckless driving and I chose to sit in jail for a few more hours to avoid probation. Huuuuge victory!

At this time I have no DUI on my record, was never on probation, and I never even lost my license. It almost seems like it was all just a bad dream now, and it’s all thanks to Eric and his team.

First off, I do not live in GA. Although I’ve been there many times and love it, I was only in town for a few days to be in my best buddy’s wedding. Long story short, I ended up being charged with a DUI following the reception.
