The Words That Matter Most Client Reviews

"Mr. Boyle really has a great demeanor and is easy to talk to."
I have to just reiterate what Brad said. The staff is excellent, Mr. Boyle really has a great demeanor and is easy to talk to and gives it to you straight. I live out of state, and he and his staff helped me through the whole process with my DUI charge seamlessly and got the result we were shooting for. I hope I never have to use him again, but in a good way.

"I do not know what to say other than what an amazing experience."

Mr. Boyle took my call, we have never met and he spent his valuable time listening to my legal issues. After patiently considering what I had told him, he gave me multiple options and some very sound legal advice. He also gave the names of a couple of attorneys that were better suited to handle my civil case, since his practice was more focused on criminal law.

Mr. Boyle then refused my offer to pay his firm for this valuable consultation over the phone.

I do not know what to say other than what an amazing experience. He is a credit to the legal profession.

"Don’t make the mistake of hiring someone else. Crawford will not let you down!"
I live in Florida and was in Athens to see a concert. After the show on the way back to the hotel, I blew a tire. Due to the area that it happened in, I decided it would be safer to just ride out the last 3-4 minutes on a bad tire than to get out and change it in the middle of the night. Lights flashed, I was pulled over and given all of the sobriety tests, refused to blow, and was taken to jail for a DUI.

Once I got out and got home, I was extremely worried about finding the right lawyer to deal with this somewhat odd case… Boy did I get lucky. Eric and his team handled it ridiculously well with minimal effort from me in FL. I did not even have to appear back in GA until my final hearing. The end result could not have been any better either, Eric somehow convinced them to drop it to a reckless driving and I chose to sit in jail for a few more hours to avoid probation. Huuuuge victory!

At this time I have no DUI on my record, was never on probation, and I never even lost my license. It almost seems like it was all just a bad dream now, and it’s all thanks to Eric and his team.

Don’t make the mistake of hiring someone else. Crawford will not let you down!

"He gave me the knowledge that was needed to help me decide."
I contacted David after a friend telling me he would answer some questions and let me know if there was help for a case pending against my father. He spent an hour on the phone answering questions that no one else would let me ask without a fee. He explained the law and even provided names and phone numbers of attorneys that he felt confident could help us closer to the town that my father lives in. He gave me the knowledge that was needed to help me decide on the next steps to help him.

"Overall, he’s a great guy and a great lawyer. I’m glad I hired him."
Mr. Crawford helped me with my DUI case. It got reduced to reckless driving, even though I agreed to do the state breath test. He kept me informed on what was going on with my case the entire time, he responded to my emails right away (even if I sent it on a weekend), and he answered my questions even though the case was over. Overall, he’s a great guy and a great lawyer. I’m glad I hired him.
    - A Satisfied Client
"I’m forever grateful to him & his office."
In the midst of such a stressful time, it was truly a great experience working with David. He was the first & only attorney I contacted. After speaking with him one time I felt like I could put my trust in him. He was able to ease some of the pressures & fears I had about my case with his diligence, knowledge & his resources. His staff is awesome, always polite & able to answer any questions that I may have had. Feeling like the deck was stacked against me he got me the most favorable outcome to my case & I’m forever grateful to him & his office.
    - A Satisfied Client
    "We couldn’t be happier."
David Boyle was able to negotiate a dismissal of a felony case. He worked closely with the DA’s office and patiently waited for the victim to dismiss the charges as her own grandson was involved in the felony. We expected that restitution, community service, fines, and probation would be the best scenario we could hope for, but a dismissal of changes was the end result. We couldn’t be happier.
    - A Satisfied Client
"He did everything he could to ensure my interests were protected."
Mr. Boyle kept me informed through the entire process of my divorce. He was understanding, knowledgeable, quick to respond to any questions I had through e mail or on the phone, and he did everything he could to ensure my interests were protected. I would recommend David Boyle to anyone who needs reliable legal representation without hassle or delay.

Stay In The Know

  • Is my innocence at stake if I was accused of a violent crime I didn’t commit?

Yes. Law enforcement spends most of their resources on violent crime investigations as opposed to other less serious crimes. If you were charged with a violent crime, you must take it seriously. Our team at Crawford and Boyle, LLC, can begin our own in-depth investigation of the facts and evidence being brought against you. We can establish challenges to any evidence brought against you and mount an aggressive and vigorous defense on your behalf.

  • How will prosecutors bring charges against me?

Prosecutors will go to great lengths to paint you as a dangerous villain who should not be let back into the public. As former prosecutors, Eric Crawford and David Boyle are well aware of the procedures being undertaken by law enforcement to gain a conviction. With their unique insight into the workings of the prosecution, they can mount a well-prepared defense that protects their clients’ interests.

  • Should I speak with the police to prove that I am innocent?
A person’s first action after being arrested should be to contact an experienced local criminal lawyer. These are frightening experiences, and you may not be sure what to do. By remaining calm and, most importantly, silent, you can protect your inalienable rights to protect against self-incrimination. However, police will still try and collect any evidence or statements they can get from you if you agree to talk without an attorney present.
