About

Attorney Brandon M. Fitz graduated from the Mercer University School of Law in 2023. Brandon has worked exclusively in private practice in the State of Georgia and across the United States in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In his third year of law school, he was able to practice under the Georgia Student Practice Act and during that time he represented clients in Dekalb County and took a leading role in assisting clients accused of Federal crimes in the 11th Circuit.

Prior to law school, Brandon attended the University of North Georgia (UNG) in Dahlonega, Georgia, and was a part of the Corps of Cadets. After graduating from UNG in 2017, he served as a commissioned officer and Paratrooper in the Army stationed at Ft. Liberty, North Carolina. Brandon was assigned to the 82nd Airborne Division, Third Brigade Combat Team, and was later a platoon leader and executive officer in the 83rd Chemical Battalion. It was during his time in service that he found his passion for advocacy and wanted to continue his service for others as an Attorney.

In Brandon's free time, he enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle and loves the outdoors. He enjoys all kinds of sports and is equally passionate about Veteran's rights.
